Teri So spent her undergraduate years at the University of California, Irvine where she earned her Bachelors in International Studies. Her time at UCI prepared her by allowing her to connect with people from various backgrounds, in understanding their needs and what they aspire to in their personal lives. Real estate allows her to successfully bring those skills to her work, connecting with individuals as well as families and working with them to find a place they can call home. This desire to build a partnership with her clients inspired her to obtain her real estate license in 2004 and eventually a mortgage loan origination license in 2019. Helping individuals and their families find the best product in financing their home loan needs is crucial to the real estate transactions. She believes hard work brings great rewards and finding balance is a great reward. When Teri takes time away from the office, she enjoys the outdoors, whether it involves cycling, trail running or rock climbing, to name a few.
