I specialize in structuring complicated financing transactions and problem solving. Many of my clients have been turned down by other lenders before contacting me, and had almost given up hope in owning the home they really want. - First time home homebuyers- Take advantage of down payment assistance programs and lower interest and mortgage insurance rates
- Seniors can access the equity on their home- Eliminate mortgage payments, receive additional income, pay off debt, travel, enhance their quality of life during their golden years. We have programs that allow you to purchase a home for your parents, who can’t qualify on their own. The interest rate and down payment will be similar to an owner occupied home.
- Structure financing options for clients with complicated tax returns- Jumbo and super jumbo loans to $5 million.
- Self-employed clients who don’t report enough income- We can use bank statement programs to document income in lieu of tax returns, no income verification programs are also available.
- Investors- DSCR loans (we use the rent only the subject property to qualify). Clients can own an unlimited number of rentals. We can finance rental properties in other states. For Fix & Flip investors, we offer short term interest only loans even for properties in disrepair or can’t qualify for traditional financing.
- Kiddie condos- Perfect for parents who want to purchase a condo/home for their college student, instead of living in a dorm or renting an apartment. Receive owner occupied rates and reduced down payment amounts.
