Clara Marie Carver was born in Chicago, Illinois amongst a large Italian family & married to her husband for 22 years.  Graduated from Driscoll High School & moved to sunny California immediately thereafter to escape the frigid cold & windy weather.

Worked at Jewel & Ralph’s supermarkets as a cashier while attending college.  Earned BS from CSUN.  She was attracted to new homes sales & decided to earn her Real Estate license in 1987.  She sold resale Real Estate for several years before entering new homes sales. She sold homes for multiple large builder’s in Orange County area for over 20+ years.  She has vast experience at selling many homes & sometimes simultaneously.

She earned several different awards while selling homes & became very skilled at navigating clients to make them feel very at ease through the home’s escrow & transaction.

While in the mist of selling new homes she was able to qualify buyers for their loans.  In 2008, she dedicated her time to get more involved in finance since it was a big part of purchasing a home & helpful to pre-qualifying her own client’s.  This gives the client an edge to move faster with offers in purchasing a home they desire especially in a multiple offer situation.

Clara Marie is very loyal, dedicated, patient, thorough, honest, helpful & efficient when working with her clients.

She takes extra measures to walk thru the steps involved while processing a loan till closing date whether they are a new client or repeat.  Since she has many years of real estate & finance background. She has an awesome knack to guide her clients through both sides of the transaction of purchasing a home which can be very daunting especially for 1st time buyers.
